He arrived on time. Found a solution quickly saying there was no way the tv could be fixed. Quickly sent us the invoice number so we could go and get another TV. We had a five year warranty on our TV so it was well worth the cost.

Highly recommended, love knowing I don't have to worry about expensive repairs. Take it back, get a new one!

Geek squad has helped fix an issue with the buttons on my tv I'm happy i bought the 2 year warranty for my device.

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

If you buy any electronics, it is a must that you purchase the Geek Squad plans. In the event something goes wrong, you can count in Geek Squad to either repair or replace your item. This saves you a lot of money in the long run.

They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.

Hope I never need it but incredible levels of reassurance and confidence if something goes sideways!
