Always happy with geek squad great customer service

Have used the Geek Squad service several times since this purchase and they have always been a great help. They're very knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to assist. Highly recommend this service.

The equipment has served us well and we’ve not had any problems with it. We’re pleased with the service that we received from Geeksquad when we purchased it.

I always buy the protection plan for items that are easily broken like gaming headsets and vacuums. It’s extremely easy to use.

I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.

The Geek Squad has been there for me when I needed them and solved my problems quickly. They were so easy to talk to and provided info that explained everything. I will continue to use them.

I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

The service is amazing and extremely beneficial to have for all electronic purchases.

Good warranty to have for my TV just in case something happens to it. Haven't had to use this service yet (hopefully won't), but it's good to have it if my TV ever decides to stop working.

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.

The Geek Squad did a great job safely delivering, installing, and mounting my new LG UHD TV. The set up was fast and they even hauled away my old TV!

It is very important to get these plans. Anything can happen to your products.

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3
