Like the protection plan on TV which relieve paints when TV is broken after the standard warrenty

The installers were amazing and passionate about what they do. They showed me features that I didn't even know I had. They took the time to explain how my product worked and who to call if I had any issues.

Got the two year protection plan mainly for the chance of burn in. From what I understand Best Buy covers burn in . Hopefully I don’t ever have to use it but I feel it’s necessary for and 1600 dollar investment

Had protection on old TV. When it failed after 3 years, Geek Squad replaced with new same model TV. No questions or hassle.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

Got this as open box for a hundreds bucks could not pass it up very pleased with the sound.
