It’s definitely worth having protection in case anything happens.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

Good service...always buy the geek squad protection plan

All I can say is buy the plan even if you think it is not needed..Best Buy protection stands behind its warranty and they are super easy to work with. If not for them the tv replacement I had to do after my new Samsung tv went out I would cost a lot more than what was spent on the protection plan.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

For expensive items that are new to the market, this is a good deal! My 77 inch TV’s display developed a burn-in after using it for three years and following all guidance to prevent burn-in. This service provide a not question replacement!

The agents who actually came in to help were good at what they did and were reasonable and good to talk to and help me with my problems. The only problem i have with them is getting in touch with them was way too time consuming. I had to call 2 different hotlines which took over 3 hours to get in touch with an actual human being then eventually was told to call another hotline I gave up and scheduled an appointment online which after another 3 hours of waiting finally got me in touch with someone who could help me. Again the service is great, but it might take you an entire day just to get the help.

This is one of the best tv's I have ever bought, Samsung is by far superior to any other Tv brand in the market and purchasing from Best Buy? everything will always go right. Don't forget to use Geek Squad!

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.
