Geek Squad is always worth having. Totally recommend.

Tv was just droped off nothing else.. have to get help installing it myself .. but happy i had the extended warranty cause tv was only a few years old

So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.

Haven't had to use it yet, but for 5years at the price point for what it covers, seemed like no brainer.

If i buy anything over $350.00 i usually go with the 2 year protection plan because i don't want any problems down the road. Just get it to be safe. No regrets!!!

Cheap for a 5 year warranty. I just hope if I ever need to use it it’s as easy as they said it would be

if you buy an expensive gadget I really recommend you this warranty, best buy has the best costumer service.

Bought the insurance plan because just in case. I haven't had to use it yet so have it high reviews hoping if I do need it they will do a good job.

Did not use the Geek Squad for this but have used them for other installations. They are very helpful and patient.
