[Employee of bestbuy] Good warranty! Beats what other insurance companies offer!

Haven’t had to use them yet but I’m sure I will ones of these times and will ultimately regret buying from Best Buy

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

Can't really review until I need to use it but with any type of insurance it's there if you need it but hope you never do

I really didn't use the Greek squad so i can't say anything about them except i have used them in the past

All warranties are the same. They say they’re a five year but they’re actually only a four year the first year you have to go through the manufacturer.

Pickup at store was so easy. Squad was assertive and very kind.

Have never had an issue with Geek Squad to help me with any issues regarding the products I had purchased the plan for. You can’t go wrong purchasing the protection plans.

This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

Since I first purchased a protection plan for an item, I will always purchase these plans with any larger purchase. If there are any problems at all, this protection plan will make repair or replacement an easy hassle free ordeal.
