TGreat service from the geek squad when needed. They have come out and fixed my problem and if there's no solution Best Buy replaces your item.

I have at times been disappointed by Geek Squad insurance but at others I've been very glad I had it. I almost always buy it and live in hope that I'll either not need it or that it will be helpful if I do.

Got it for a 65'' OLED. My last TV lasted 10 years and I used the warranty service once or twice. I hope this one will last 10 years as well!

I haven't had to use it as of yet. And hopefully i won't have to.

Haven’t used yet, but is a good idea to get considering our last tv didn’t last us a year.
