I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

I had problems with my other television and the geek squad helped me quickly replaced my television set in 2 days.i would definitely give this insurance A Big A.its a must have be safe with the geek squad.....

Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

Great protection plan for my Samsung TV. Grabbed the the twobyear plan.

If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Love purchasing yheir insurance. Always feel like I'm in good hands in case of an accident.

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.
