Luckily I had the geek squad warranty on it and was able to exchange it for an upgraded model. Can’t go without putting the warranty on my electronics for sure. I wish they had it for apple items as well, but I get it.

After about 4 1/2 years the set started to go bad (white dots on screen). lived with that for awhile, the found the protection plan. Called for a tech to look at the problem, took the units numbers, to find a replacement part. Part was not made anymore, so, the plan replaced old tv with a new one. purchased protection plan again for the new tv..

He really got everything taken care of, the part that was to be installed was not the problem. He got it worked out. Got a new TV. They brought it to my house because it was over 42". And took the old one. Glad I paid for the warranty. Was worth it for sure
