Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

No like to expensive and illustration educational purpose

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

I buy pretty much all of my electronics at Best Buy just to make sure I have geek squad protection. Easy help or replacement of items.

Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

I haven't had time to use it yet but talking to my sister and my brother I heard that this plan really helps protect your item and it keeps it from anything from having to a long as you got this warranty it really goes above and beyond his name and what it can do

For the price, this purchase is a great piece of mind.

Highly recommend the Geek Squad warranty. Manufacture warranties don't last long and you gotta ship them out. Totally regretted not getting it for my monitor, but got it for most other items. Have used it and they make it easy for a Repair/Replacement

I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind just in case something happens to my television set after the manufacturer warranty expires. The nice thing about Best Buy protection plans is that Best Buy will come to your house to fix.

I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

Still haven’t had a chance to use it for my recent purchase but geek squad is always reliable and useful in a time of troubleshooting your home electronics

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

Great purchase Best Buy is the best my favorite store to shop

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

Bought five year for our expensive oled tv that was purchased on holiday sale. Used it to have techs virtually help me with some picture setting issues. Used some of the TV savings to get five year so don’t have to worry if need support.
