I have purchased four TVs from Best Buy in The Last 5 Years I will not purchase anything without the Best Buy warranty they stand behind what they sell

The Geek Squad representatives are always knowledgeable and conduct themselves in a professional manor. They always go the extra mile to address my concerns on any product we purchase from Best Buy.

The 5-year Geek Squad protection plan was an excellent investment, and was only a few dollars more than the 3-year plan. This gives assurance that the total investment for our Samsung TV of about 2 thousand dollars is protected.

had to use this replacement protection and glad I had it for the TV did not last 2 years and had to be replaced for no parts to repair the panel with the LEDs..

We always get our products protected and it has proven to be a god send. Have had to replace 2 TV's prior to expiry and what a deal! We are reimbursed if they cannot repair and you get a new one. You don't always need to use which is the preferred method - but if something happens you're protected!

We had a TCL television that failed in 2 years and we had the extended warranty. We are sure glad we had geek squad come out quickly and diagnose that the television was defective. That is why we bought Geek squad extended warranty again

Great protection great customer service very quick with walk-ins before covid may be appointment since covid. Overall quick with services when needed for my products and high knowledge of the plans and the restrictions each plan has.

It was nice to have this but it’s a bit costly in imo. If you have things you need help setting up in home it’s a good deal. If you have many things you want looked at and can bring them in it’s a good deal

Piece of mind to have in case with any issues. Great electronic products coming out every day but harder to fix need a AV TECH for these new electronics.

My TV screen failed after 1 month. Geek Squad came and just brought a new TV and took the old one back

Thi protection is worth every penny! We had this on our last TV and the TV started to show screen burns after only to years. The coverage allowed us to replace the faulty TV at no additional out of pocket.

I believe that the price for the cost of the insurance for the tv is worth it!

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.

Haven’t needed to use this yet but because of the deal I got on the tv I figured I’d add this plan. Had a friend need pixel replacement twice and though the tv is great can’t be too safe so went with the 5 year protection to be safe .

TV failed in 11th month. Good backup decision. Buy

got this for my girlfriend for christmas and she loved it. good for the price. wish that small tvs came with higher picture quality but it’s good nonetheless

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.
