It took a few minutes, and a couple transfers, and this was my first call to the Geek squad, but with their patience, my problem was resolved on the first call. Definitely worth the price of the fee for the maintenance. Thanks, Best Buy.

Completely worth the purchase for such an investment TV!

We have been using Geek Squad for all our electronics for more than 7 years. The price has been reasonable and the service has been reliable year after year.

Bought this along with our new Toshiba tv, can’t hurt to have extra protection on you electronics

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

I all ways get the Geek Squad protection plan for all of my products! Because it never fails as soon as your factory warranty goes out something is going to break. And the Geek Squad plan has never failed to fix or replace the product!

I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

Hope I do not need it, but when you put out this kind of outlay, knowing it's covered is great

Greatest purchase ever glad I did. Ended up using it a year later. Tech services was excellent the tech guy was knowledgeable friendly. Repair date was set came out and was fast and easy. In and out.

I love best buy and they use to be the best but know its like they find loop holes to not service you device. I had a kids tablet that i bought in a package deal around Christmas i bought 4 plus the protection. My son cracked the screen a few months into having it so i took it back to best buy and they tell me its not worth fixing to just get another one so i did and took it to them they tell me since i got it on sale they will only give me the price i paid for it. Which was maybe 60 dollars. But the tablet was now worth 150 or 160 cant remember so i paid the amount i ended up adding to get the new tablet for the protection plan i could of kept that money and when this happened just bought him a new tablet it didnt make since for me to pay for the protection on a marked down product which if they would of told me i wouldnt of because it aint good for nothing on a item thats marked down. Unless its a very expensive marked down electronic.

They are the best when needed for service or over the phone.

Geek squad protection is honestly the best. I’ve also bought it and twice I got store credit for a newer device that they couldn’t fix!

They were super helpful and insightful . I literally was in the store for maybe ten minutes

Staff is mix of good and best. Overall experience was nice whenever I visited the Best Buy store.

The agents were nice and friendly. They helped me setup my tv with ease within 30 minutes. They were quick and professional about it. I would highly recommend having geek squad help with setting up your TV. It worth it

Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

I get excellent service from the Geek Squad whether it's setting up a TV or computer equipment. They're very knowledgeable and very patient with questions. I always renew my coverage since I trust them completely to do a great job.

I had to utilize Geek Squad when one of my TV’S screen became pixilated. In order to correct the problem it will cost just as much to fix as if you were purchasing another TV. With my protection plan I was able to select another TV or of equal value .

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.
