Tv has nice colored and everything is easy to understand

Since I haven't had the need to use this protection yet, I can't rate actual experience. But it does gives me peace of mind to know I have coverage.

The person who called be back handled all my questions was not only kind but was a true professional. Also took my payment over the phone and also sent me an email with all details. He is an asset to best buy

I purchased a plasma TV several years ago and it stopped working a couple months before the warranty ended. The plan ordered a new part and fixed my 5 year old TV making it essentially brand new. The one downside was it took about 2 months for them to get the part for the TV.

Amazing projector I use it every night We’re all the movies you can imagine in the world you can watch on this.

My tv installation was very simple. All that was required was mounting the tv on the wall. I dont have any other devices that needed to be connected to my tv.

Free in home service for tvs that are over 45 inches. Granted manufacturers like samsung do the same thing but only for the one year that they offer their warranty for and they do not cover electric surge damage. no brainer when you are spending so much money on a television

Hopefully something we will not have to use! But you don't want to be stuck without it these days!

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

A friend had a problem with their new TV and even though it was under warranty for one year, they had to do much of the work of disassembling and rebooking things back up. With the Best Buy plan we will not have todo anything ourselves . Two years was only $60.

Geek Squad is amazing and they really show that they care about the customer. Will purchase this service any time that it is available.

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.
