I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE RATED. I BOUGHT A CHEAP TV THAT MAY NEED TO BE SERVICED IN THE FUTURE. HAD THE TV FOR THREE WEEKS SO FAR SO GOOD NO NEED FOR THE SERVICE
