Its great to have this protection. My Insigna T V went out after 2 years and having this protection it was a simple and easy exchange process

Bought protection plan when I bought the TV. Within 6 months, power surge fried the HDMI port, even with grade A surge protector. Called for service and was back up and running within a week. Beats having to go shell out the $$ for another TV.

A very knowledgeable in the set up of the computer system and explained everything that was necessary. could not ask for a better set up person.

Haven't had to use it yet but I rest assured the protection is there if I need it. Any questions I had were answered at the time I purchased it.

I bought a Samsung TV, after 1 year it was not repairable, Good thing I had a 5 yr warranty. I got another TV, almost for free.

I always get geek squad protection whenever I buy something high ticket. Geek squad has never let me down. I will purposely price match at Best Buy so that I can get this service.

Great service and reliable however the turn time has become a bit slow. It now takes 6 -8 weeks when in the past it would have taken 2 - 3 weeks. Otherwise the service is great.
