Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about extra protection care to your product! Being able to assure that you can take it back to the store n get a replacement is amazing!

Usually I always recommend these plans but if you mount the TV, you probably don’t need one. This plan also doesn’t cover punctures to the screen. Think twice about buying because a Samsung tv is usually very high quality

As of this date in my life I have been very lucky with all my electronic purchases and not having to use any kind of extended service. I know as some point this is going to run out and if I can have five years of piece of mind I am good with that.

The Geek Squad service is by far one of the best investments you can make for your technical computer needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the $$ spent.

Geek squad protection plan need I say anymore!!!!!

This is a good service that I initially purchased in 2015 when I bought a MacBook. I purchased in 2018 when I bought a Samsung smart TV, I haven’t had to use it yet. But it’s like with any other warranty or “insurance” it’s a hypothetical if something goes wrong.

My TV got damaged and blinking at place. Ghe protection replaced it and it was very easy.

For very little more get extended coverage on a product even if it’s a small low cost product why not , they offer fixing and or replacement and even reimbursement .

Have not used this yet but feel confident that it will be honored if needed.

Geek squad has always provided quality care for each of my items

So far so good as my tv for protection plan. But I have had before those tv without protection die out. And I thought let me have protection plan this time.

You dont have to be a geek to get protection. I purchased this in the past and did not hesitate to purchase it now. DONT take home your electronics without the GEEK SQUAD protection! You never know when you will need it...

I know the Geek Squad is a great addition to Best Buy, I purchased the Warranty, because I trust both Best Buy, and Geek Squad.

Luck my for me I have not needed to use the Geek Squad but great comfort know it's there if needed.

I rarely buy extended warranties but I found them to be worthwhile with Best Buy. That added measure of protection is comforting and they always seem to back the item(s) without trouble.

Since the sound went out the geek squad was very helpful in getting the sound back.

We bought two TVs for her daughter in Texas. She’s a single mother of two, so we added the five year protection plan

Got the contract for my father-in-law, but never had to use it because the TV is still working well
