Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

5 year piece of mind for about $50. Haven't needed to use it, hopefully never will.

We bought this for an expensive tv and so far, we haven't had to use it. We bought it for extra warrenty and protection.

I chose the Geek Squad 2-year protection plan because I've had good experiences, as well as, quality work with their service.

They kick squad agents are excellent at installation and set up and go way above and beyond to help you with your new purchase

I always purchase extended geek squad coverage, it is rediculous to buy a product without spending a little extra, Because what if an unknown problem or accident were to happen'

I would recommend you buy the protection plan from the BestBuy Geek Squad it's reasonably priced and if they can't fix it the will refund the price of your purchase.

Geek squad always help me to fix or replace my issues.

I have found that most TVs last 4 to 5 years before needing service. The geek squad warranty just bought me a new TV when the old one could not be repaired. It's a must have

Luckily my Sony was still under 5 years warranty so when they could not repair it and I replaced it I bought the same 5 years protection.

Hoping to not use it, but if it’s needed, it’s better to be safe!

I purchased the extended warranty for my Samsung 60” tv just in case something happened to it. Luckily I did cause after two years it went out and Samsung would not help.
