Will not know if this warranty will work until i have to use it on the tv i bought.

I purchased this due to past experience on certain products and not having a warranty after a year or so end up paying $$out of pocket

Geek Squad Service was very reasonable for a 5 year term for an expensive purchase.

I have not had to use it and hopefully I don't have to for my 60" LG SMART TV. It's great to have coverage for an extended period. I've used the plan before on other items and have had each one fix/replaced.

You can always count on geek squad! It’s comforting to have this cushion in case something happens.

I haven't used it yet but I need any technical help I can get. Security, knowing this is available

I've purchased several items from Best Buy and purchased insurance for them, but I've haven't had the need of contacting Support for any issue.

My tv went out. I had the geek squad protection package. It was a process, but well worth it in the end.

The service was excellent and very convenient. The Geek Squad was very helpful and professional.

Its good easy to get ahold of and make an appointment.

I have always bought the extra geek squad protection and I always will as Best Buy is great to work with

Awesome insurance. I recommend this insurance. I get this on almost all of my electronics from Bestbuy.

I haven't had to use this plan yet but it's a relatively cheap option for the services that offers to you I would recommend it to anyone.
