It's always worth protection just in case. My t.v. had a dead line of pixels and Geek Squad was super fast and nice to come help me return the t.v. for a refund. Waiting on Samsung's 2021 micro/mini l.e.d.'s.

TV failed in 11th month. Good backup decision. Buy

It’s been ok. They deff are helpful. I had a replacement remote ordered but it was the wrong remote. Hopefully they will fix this soon

love the Geek Squad. They really have saved me Alot of times. They have saved my computer by either doing major overhauls or helping me over the phone with computer issues. Great techs when needing home service.

Geek Squad agents are truly experts in computer diagnosis and repair. We have had several computers repaired by them over the last several years, and they always diagnose and fix the computer correctly the first time! We have recommended them to many friends!

If you're buying high performance equipment, this is worth it. I've had several TVs and items have failures and working directly with Best Buy/Geek Squad is far faster and easier than with the manufacturer.

Geek Squad never used but heard a lot of good just hope I never need to use the service.

My TV was broke and they explained what needed to be done or gave me an option for a gift card. I was very satisfy with my option.

We don't always purchase an extended warranty, but considering the quality of some TV's these days it was chosen. If the TV happenes to fail in the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, a new TV of same size willll be substituted as the original will most likely no longer be available
