Geek squad protection is a must have for all owners of a tv!! Especially a smart tv, since geek squad can fix the problems associated with the smart fire tv I bought!

The Geek Squad does great work and speaks to me in English, and not just in computer. They explain and are patient when I ask questions. I have complete faith in the Squad and would highly recommend their services.

These guys are amazing. The warranty is well worth the cost. They have came out and evaluated and determined our last TV was to be replaced at full original cost.

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .
