Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.

This was a good buy for price it’s great the image is beautiful the only problem is the smart tv part. Thought it was the batteries placed name brand batteries. And the tv remote still lags in allowing you to go through apps to pick what you wish to stream.

Have never had to use this but appreciate i purchsed for peace of mind.

Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! I was ready to turn on & go with my laptop once i got home with it! Definitely a must to have with any electronics! The techs are so informative & know their stuff!

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

I have had no issues with Geek Squad in the past. maybe just the wait time to see a tech.

You can't beat a 5 year protection program as good as this!

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

I always put extended warranty on all of my electronical devices.

Geek squad is nice to have when it is needed. Havent needed it yet.
