Had ethernet problems with a TV on the 5 year plan. Geek squad couldn't solve issue on the phone. The rep made an appointment for Geek squad to come out and fix it. In the mean time I reset the TV numerous times and it started working, so I canceled the appointment. I'm giving them 5 stars because the rep on the phone was pretty helpful and set me an appointment right away.

I always practice what I preach. That is, when buying electronics or appliances always purchase an extended warranty. It's worth the investment. Get it for the maximum time that Best Buy offers. You won't regret it. At least I haven't yet. I had a lot of items go down but with that extended warranty, I would just call and the problem would be solved quickly.

This was the best Warranty for my purchase.My Samsung television Warranty gave me piece of mind.

Very easy to communicate with when I had questions regarding a tv I purchased a few years ago. They were nice and friendly and offered me good advice when trying to figure out how to expand my tv’s storage.

My sister bought this tv and she bought a protection plan, she had no probloms with the tv but one time when she needed help they helped her with no hasstle

Its a good choice to keep you items well instaled and protected without moving from your home.

The greets squad extended service gave me five years, a piece of mind on a major purchase. They were professional about the install, and making sure everything worked properly before they left my home.

Definitely worth the couple bucks to ensure any electronic that you pay $60+ for is covered. Never know when you might get one with a shorter lifespan than others and this makes that a non-issue! Have used it once before and they make it trouble free

Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

Peace of mind with this Geek Squad protection. Would not want to have to pay more for in home repair for time and $$ to ship it somewhere.

Purchased the BB Geek Squad 5 year warranty as I purchased a new 65” LG G4 OLED.

Love this Samsung brand! The picture quality I second to none and this deal came at a perfect time. My brother and sister’s tv broke and this the perfect replacement option. You won’t be disappointed.

I can't believe after 1.5 years our TV went black. Geek squad came out. They did a wonderful job checking our TV and ordered parts. Geek Squad was kind to our dogs, house floors wearing shoe covers and especially to us the owners. Would recommend using them After the parts arrived Greek Squad came out again, Installed the parts, but TV still didn't work. Because we had Greek Squad protection warranty the purchase price was refunded by Best Buy card within 1 week.

Thankfully my old 55" TV had a 5 year warranty. After 4 1/2 years, the board started to go out. It turned out that the TV was not worth the money to repair and they honored my warranty and I was able to get a new TV (60"), and since TV's have come down in price significantly, I was able to get the TV, new 5 year warranty, delivery and set up, and still get $300 back in Best Buy cash.
