Love the geek squad professional and knowledgeable

I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

Great Service, pleasant and helpful staff. Very Accommodating.

I got the warranty based on the fact that the item I was replacing was a couple years old. The cost of repair was more than it was worth. So when I replaced it I just got the extended warranty.

I have had 2 other TVs go bad in just over the factory warranty. At least this way I get some of my money back and of course if something happens sooner then they will repair and/or replace faster than the manufacturer.

Got this just in case, never been happier. Got this for our TV and safe to say it's nice to have. Haven't had any issues with it

After buying ii my products, i dont use my plan for now because my products are really good.

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

They been so helpful threw the time i had the membership you can always ask questions they walk you threw it or a quick chat if you on the run

Geek Squad product protection plans are a MUST! It's great having the this plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

Great tv excellent image quality resolution, I use it to watch movies and play games on my PS5, I recommend it to anyone

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent
