Always got to get the protection plan. You never know when you’ll need it

little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

Added protection for tour TV should something go wrong with it. I purchased the 5 year plan. A dollar a,day! Great price!

Mounting was already in place. This is a replacement television and a birthday present for my grandson.

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

The Geek Squad Protection plan helped me the end of May when there was a lightning strike near my home. Having it allowed for a technician to come out for a service call that I was able to take advantage of.

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

Got the protection plan just Incase because of the tv that I bough that I was told was a hold I say tv edition made for Black Friday so for 2 years I’ll be protected if the tv happens to internally not work well so I can get a new one!

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.
