I love geek squad. Its nice being able to take the item in and 9 out of 10 times they just give you a brand new product!

I highly recommend the geek squad. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with a new stove and they did there best to fix my issues as soon as possible.

I won’t worry about things going awry. My Mother would be sad if something went wrong without help available without a charge.

I always buy the protection plan. I just wish all of the best buy employees knew what it was. Got different stories from different people. Had a hard time returning tv even with the warrenty. Got the run around.

I haven’t needed to use them yet, the advantage I see is they come do the work themselves. Not like other competitors that send another company out.

I always get the warranty though Best Buy when buying a tv. It’s covered my butt more than once! Honestly something I’d rather have and not use than my tv mess up and not have it.

Geek Squad should be the best I guess. Me personally have not had the need to call them but is good to know Best Buy had their own team to help you out any issues.
