as i heard about technician they all do thier job very well.however i didnt get any help iam sure will get help if in case i need.

I bought the additional warranty "just in case" my son broke this tv. He broke my last computer by swinging a toy into it, so I now have that extra peace of mind should he do something like that again with his new tv.

Although I have not had to use the warranty. Making it a must have when purchasing my electronic equipment. Per the warranty they will repair when needed.

Geeks are the best at repairs and knowledgeable about most electronics.

Was recommended to get this since it was an older model, I figured that it could be worthwhile as I’m already paying a higher price for it.

With the price of equipment what it is today I think having Geek Squad is a no brainer. I purchased a new 4K TV and Sonos sound equipment and I wanted the protection and tech support the Geek Squad offers.

I contacted the Geek Squad when setting up my new TV. They couldn't help but put me in contact with someone who could.

I have not been able to use Geek Squad during the Pandara because I have not been able to get them to answer from a call back that never happened or holding on line for a couple of hours. Before this time I was happy with the service.

Delivery was perfectly timed. Hope we never need help, but know they are dedicated staff.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad yet for my tv but I did for my laptop. They were very informative and helpful. Will use them again.
