Never buy electronics without buying the ertra warranty. If something is going to happen to any piece of electronic equipment that you buy and you dont have the warrenty, you just wasted your money on the product

The techs are great polite knowledgeable the ins is well worth it as these days nothing last 5 years or longer so your gonna use it well worth the money and peace of mind would definitely recommend the geek sqaud

If you are going to buy any Electronics from Best Buy always get the insurance 5 years insurance is the best I have a TV to break down on me and I thought about it and I remember I had the warranty thinking that they wouldn't help me gave them a call and they helped me out and just two days with a brand new TV yes this is worth it

Even though the Best Buy Total membership is very expensive, it is worth it. Because electronic mishaps are unpredictable, this membership makes it possible to resolve issues in a timely manner in-store and remotely.

good item , but after years now i can not use wifi and have to replaces it.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. So helpful you really need to purchase the protection. My last TV died at only one year old. I received full credit on my purchase price. Don't leave the store without it :)
