Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

This is the perfect tv for a small bedroom, the image is great, colors pop, very bright display. Easy to setup and light enough to mount up with no real issues. Best buy made this pickup a breeze. For the prize even including warranty, 10/10.
