I bought a TV for my company and then bought this 5 years plan for the peace of mind so if something happens to the TV it will be covered.

Don't think about it, just buy it. It's always worth the peace of mind instead of being screwed

I have bought the insurance 2-Year Protection Plan - Geek Squad for the 2.1 sharp sound bar. It is something that I do just to feel safe. Great choice.

luckily never had to use service. Cant comment on service.

We haven’t had to use it recently, but in the past they have been great with resolving the issue.

Great peace of mind, have never needed to use but it’s nice to have a back up when things go south

Geek squad always does a great job and is fast to the house I recommend with every purchase

I haven't had to use the extended warranty yet but I would give it a 4 out of 5 because of it's price. Here's to hoping I will never need to use it.
