All I have to do is call the number and someone is there to help me. When I had a hardware problem I was told to take the computer to the store. The Geek Squad fixed that problem also and because I had the contract there was no charge. Since I am an older senior citizen I do not have the know how to fix the more complicated problems. Just call the Geek Squad is my motto. They are always there and will help you out, and with a smile.
