I urge everyone to consider an extended warranty thru Geek Squad. I recently had to make a claim on my 60" and since they didn't make my particular model any longer, they replaced it with a 65" yaaaa!

Haven't had to use it, but I've got it. Just in case.

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.

Great service to have in anything you may need to have repaired

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.
