Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

This is a pretty, good protection that I used for my new PC setup

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

It gives me much peace of mind that the TV I bought for my father has a fix or replace coverage for the next 5 years. The cost works out to a couple of drinks from Starbucks per year. VERY affordable coverage that can be redeemed at many stores. I live in a different county than my parents. TV problems, there's a store 5 minutes away from them!

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

Protection is definitely a necessity and Best Buy is elite and stand behind their sales 100% highly recommended you cant go wrong they offer the best protection for your money vs any other store.....

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up
