As with other protection plans we have been satisfied with the assistance and helpfulness that they have always provided when we had an issue. We would always recommend purchasing a service plan.

Love the geek squad protection, any time I have an issue which is rare they are on top of things to resolve our problems. We have had geek squad protection on everything we have bought.

Just in case the screen cracks as things have been known to fly at the tv occassionaly.

With 7 y/o and 9 y/o sons in the house and sketchy City Public Service power kicking off and on all the time I wasn't going to take a chance. I figured my boys might end up damaging the screen playing, Nerf guns and balls and silliness.. or the electrical spikes might kill the electronics. Already lost an amp, two DVD players AND an UPS..

Extended warranty is worth the money cause things do happen

I think the protection plan is great insurance and if needed deal direct with Beat Buy vs a mfgr….

I purchased to protect my new VIZIO since it is my first SMART TV and I wanted the added security for a tv I was not familiar with. The cost for two years of service was very reasonable and the size of theset makes it fairly easy to take in for needed service.

I believe my purchases are of value. When I spend a lot of money I want to protect my investments.

Did great. Had a plan on our previous television and it went out after two years. It couldn’t be fixed so it was replaced by a newer television practically for free so we did another replacement plan.

First of all you can’t beat the price and you get the 5 year warranty. Colors are amazing and works well with any new apps and Alexa. Amazing tv for the price.

I haven’t used it but hopefully if the time comes in two years or less I will be well taken care of!

It was cheap enough. I have heard good things. I know Hisense TVs break down constantly so i figured I would buy this.

Haven't had to use it service, good peace of mind tho.

After 4 years my Insignia went bad, took it to store and they replaced it on the spot!

Awesome coverage plans are offered by Best Buy for TVs that cover so much more than any other store. If you're buying an OLED television, buying from here with insurance is a no brainer.

Haven't needed them to correct any problems but great peace of mind that I will have backup if needed.
