Super worth it to be honest because if anything happened to your product, the geek squad will fix it for you right away

I haven't needed the protection on my television this was bought for and hopefully I don't need it but should I need it, it will replace the television as it is intended to do.

never go without coverage on your products.its well worth it

On everything I purchased from bestbuy I buy the protection plan it has come handy when having issues with tv, dishwasher etc

Always need some back up, I think the value isn’t always there for the amount of time your covered but better than no coverage.

The Geek Squad mounted my tv to the wall hanger and connected up all my devices to the TV. Everything worked great

Have not yet used it because my TV works great, but I’m glad I purchased extra guarantee in case it malfunctions

I am pleased with all my purchases to date and the installation. however i was Not able to complete my kitchen purchases due to out of stock item's. Those that i did purchase took 3 months. Meanwhile my Total tech time has already started. This is disappointing. Especially when one item was not even installed because if damage at the factory and no one has contacted me with an update on when they will get one to schedule install. I called Total tech with no answers. Frustrating....

It's worth for their expertise. And if they can't fix it, they will replace it!

Have replaced two TV purchased without protections plans in past two years. Hopefully this protection plan will prevent the need to replace any TVs within the next 5 years.

I always purchase extra protection plan because it's great to have. This is something I've always purchase especially to save money when something goes wrong with the item.
