It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.

Had 2 tvs replaced by Best Buy and had no problems with them! I always buy it on all my tvs! About to buy another tv from Best Buy and the service plan! Only people I buy from!

I used for my Sony Bravia, when I reached to Greek Squad team then helped me with correct directions and get it replaced as tv got water drops and lines on screen..

Often and I add geek squad protection to my products. It does add another layer of comfort, knowing that I’m protected for additional length of time. Thank you Best Buy for offering this.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

I have never had to use this purchase plan but it is a just when buying items in case a need arises. What an exceptional way to protect a purchase and feel at ease.

At the first sign of burn in, Geek Squad immediately swapped it out for a new TV

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

,,,,That's what they say right ? Well, After spending $3,300 on a brand new Television , I didn't want to spend another $600 on top of that for Insurance. But then I thought about it,,,,,,,,,,,What if this Television had electrical issues,,,,,,,,say,,,,,,1 year and 2 months from now ??? What would I do then ? I mean it would be outta warranty then. All I know is that for spending THAT KIND OF MONEY , I want to make sure that I'm covered way past the manufacturers warranty,,,,,,So I bought the 5 year plan,,,,,,,,,,,,,Also came with a piece of mind for the next 5 years. Don't you end up regretting NOT getting it.

Peace of mind for an expensive purchase. I've seen to many videos of dogs, cats, & children breaking TV's.

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

So far so good. Haven't had to use it yet. But am confident it will work if needed
