Happy that I purchased he Geek Squad, now a days you can never tell when your appliances will go hey wire and it's always a good to have peace of mind knowing that paying for the extended service will help you if you ever need it. I make it a habit to get the Geek Protection for all my purchases at Best Buy, so far it has been one of the best decisions I have made along with the great purchases I have also made. There is no where else to go for service like Best Buy or selection for what you are looking for.

Makes me feel safe I have professionals that will work on my products.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

The entire team from the salesman that helped us pick out our television to the other young ladies with lots of great information of the products sold in the store and our cashiers. Each person was polite and helpful! Due to great service we have returned and purchased a laptop from Best Buy1

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

I am so happy with this TV I love I don’t have to have cable at all and it has so many channels. This is one of the best TV I have ever go.

Haven’t needed the service yet, but I am very glad that I purchased the extra two years. For peace of mind and generally have a tendency to up and stop working for no apparent reason. Maybe just bad luck or something else. But knowing that I had the geek squad there to help me really give me that piece of mind I was speaking about.

Tech sometimes dies quickly so it's good to have the extra assurance on board for a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

I bought this protection plan because I bought Westinghouse TVs. Westinghouse is a great budget-friendly choice for people who don't need the ultimate performance in a TV set. Mine haven't actually required any warranty service. But I have read reviews on here that say the TV must be shipped to the manufacturer's site(s) for in-warranty repairs. That shipping cost could be significant, and that facility is across the country from me. With the protection plan, I can let the Geek Squad repair facility conveniently handle the repair or replacement. Shipping a sizable TV across the USA one way would cost more than the price of these protection plans.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

After purchasing a high end 4K HDTV, the Geek Squad Protection Plan is confidence that help is close by if ever needed. The price of the plan is also less than most others. In the past, the Geek Squad Protection from Best Buy was quick, friendly and satisfactory. This makes everything about buying the new TV worry-free.

My interactions were very limited. My TV broke in a freak lighter throwing accident literally a week after I purchased it. I bought a 2 year protection plan. Now, I understand that I'm to blame, best but wasnt throwing a lighter to his friend .... missing horribly. However, I was told that basically the TV was trash. I was better off throwing it away. There's nothing that could be done and to just buy a new TV. My protection plan was a waste of money imo. Threw the TV away after 5 months since I couldn't find a place to fix it. Overall, I can only blame myself.... but I can also say that my fear of making a large purchase that wasn't insured ended up being a reality even though I was convinced into buying insurance. See what I'm saying?
