Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

I did have to have tv replaced due to a faulty audio port. It was a painless, quick process. the extended warranty gives me peace of mind.

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

I brought a insignia TV 2 yrs ago and recently it died on me but thanks to geek squad they did what they could but it was dead. But did help with my questions and help me understand my options and where to go from there.

Absolutely a must-have. The Geek Squad service has always done right by us; be it taking our soundbar to their facility to be repaired or replacing our TV when things started not working. Please do yourself a favor and ensure your long-term purchases have backup beyond that warranty you'll never be able to navigate like Geek Squad!
