Warranty came through, 100%! The Geek squad came through, huge!

Geek Squad arrived on time and did a great job wall mounting our TV

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I bought a TV in 2017 and also purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I know some people will say warranties usually expire before you need them, but in this case, I was so glad I had it. The old TV suddenly stopped working, Geek Squad sent someone to check it out, it could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a new TV. I purchased another 5 year warranty for this new TV.

I purchased one five years ago and my Television went bad 3 months before it was about to expire. I was given a full credit towards the purchase of a new television.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

If you’re making a major purchase. Check the manufactures warranty , then consider getting a Geek Squad Warranty. It covers just about everything for a TV. Why buy a Higher end TV and trust that nothing will happen. It might not But what if it does. Is it worth the repair cost? Hopefully I will never need to use it. But if something goes wrong I’m pretty much covered.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

Purchasing the stuff gives me this good state that I would be taken care of if anything should happen. It makes me not to worry too much. Life is already stressful to be thinking about this kind of thing

Excellent picture. Has all the apps needed to watch anything we want and with the service plan we know we will have a great tv for years to come should we run into problems

Geek squad was great and fast results in getting your problems solved

I bought this tv for my mom and dad and they are in love with it

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo
