I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

We purchased the protection plan at the recommendation of the salesman at Best Buy. We were purchasing a new Samsung SMART 3D 4K TV and he thought we should have it for our peace of mind. We have problems with our power going out when it gets windy, and we were told that power flickering and power outages can potentially damage TVs. We opted to purchase the protection plan so we could feel better about our large investment in our new TV.

Haven’t had to use it yet but good value for what it covers

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan to go with our new 65” Samsung TV. Only had the TV for about 2 weeks now and so far no issues and hopefully we don’t have to use it but if we do, we will definitely be holding Best Buy to their part of the deal for sure!

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

I used to work for Geek Squad for years and customers who bought it and would need us to repair or replace the TV were so happy they did. Customers who didn't were always made at us when their TV broke and either spent a lot of money fixing it or bought another TV. I always get the protection plans, reduces the stress for when things go wrong.

I bought this because I don't want to be sitting around looking at nothing. If the tv goes out I think the geek squad will come to my rescue and that's a whole lot better than sitting and looking at nothing.

The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear

Get the geek squad warranty with the the TV this was the reason I got it cause my old series 6000 was replace with my new 7000 cause of this warranty.

Came check tv , seen problem replaced it quick , delevery guys were great they have, id recommend getting the geek squad warrenty well worth the money, these guys are great.

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

I would never purchase any electronics without the Geek Squad service. It gives me the peace of mind that I will not be alone if or when problems arise.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

No complaints and a great price. Perfect for the living room for movies or games.
