It's a good TV I like the picture but I had to get two to get one that wasn't broken I like the features of Amazon just wish the TV was built better.

I always get Geek Squad protection on my electronics. It’s just provides a peace of mind. Thankfully I’ve never had to use it.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

The agent that came to my home told me that instead of getting a new Roku remote and trying to figure it out with my older tv and Roku 2 player, just go ahead and get a Roku tv. He was able to find a Roku tv that would fit in my entertainment center on Best Buy's online store. All I had to do was pay for it online and wait for delivery. The tv came in a couple of days and set up was easy and not complicated; now I'm able to watch my channels! Thank you!
