This TV is amazing! Super easy to set up, light and easy to move. Perfect size for my apartment. I haven’t been this stoked about a purchase in years!

I purchased the 5yr replacement plan as I always do with big ticket purchases. Great peace of mind. Just recently redeemed a 2yr plan I had on a 58 in sharp that went out and replaced it with a lg 60 in. It saved me a lot of money so you can't go wrong if something happens. Below are pictures of the sharp 58in that the Geek squad came and replaced with the new 60 in lg free if cost... They did a great job as usual.

Only warrenty that im aware of that covers the dreaded Burn-in on Oled televisions. After dealing with it on a prior tv without having the warrenty, i wont do it again! Peace of mind for the next 5 years!

As seen in the attached picture. After only ONE year the panels on my 'Samsung - 85" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV' went bad. Geek Squad Protection allowed me to the amount I purchased for the tv in store credit to avoid having to get the same tv. Thank You!

I really like its color, the most important thing is its volume and its size.

We purchased this TV to replace a Samsung 65” that a surge from the cable company had caused our HDMI ports to be blown. We had that moved into another room for streaming, & now we enjoy the larger screen mounted on a very large wall above the fireplace. All was hung & mounted professionally by geek squad.

Geek squad is pretty good sometimes depending on where you go you might get a goober of a guy helping you but usually theyre good.

Geek squad always has the best customer service and skills to help resolve your issue. Wouldn’t know what to do without them.

Purchased as an additional layer of insurance. I've had nothing but great service from Best Buy when I've had bad luck with products and needed to use this service for replacement in the past. Definitely worth every penny as manufactured products (especially those from China) are just not as durable as what we could have expected in the past.

Hoping to not have to use this but glad to have it and sounds like should be hassle free

I need to replace my all Samsung tv and I got this one love it ! I just installed the fire stick and that’s it movie days movie nights so happy with my purchase the only downside is that the real measure for the tv don’t add up is like 44 inches not 50’ but the box was for a 50’ inches tv so I don’t know what to think anyways :( good price and quality!

Excelente service very fast and helpful would purchase again in future or definitely intrested in the membership total plus i think its called seems like a great deal as it includes protection plan on purchases which is worth the yearly fee
