I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

I haven't use them on this television but on another one and they was great.

I don’t often by service or insurance but once in a while with specific products and needs, it’s a good idea and can be worth the money.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).
