The Geek Squad does great work and speaks to me in English, and not just in computer. They explain and are patient when I ask questions. I have complete faith in the Squad and would highly recommend their services.

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .

Geek squad protection is a must have for all owners of a tv!! Especially a smart tv, since geek squad can fix the problems associated with the smart fire tv I bought!

We love this television. I was worried it would be too large for our small space but it's perfect - just moved the smaller one into our bedroom. Easy to use as well.
