I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

Came check tv , seen problem replaced it quick , delevery guys were great they have, id recommend getting the geek squad warrenty well worth the money, these guys are great.

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.

It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

The person we had helping us was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I would definitely seek him out again for any other needs I have.

2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

This warranty is amazing!! Covers everything I need!!

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Thank God I have not had to use the insurance but on other occasions I have used it with other items and it has been a blessing

the best way to keep our equipment protected, excellent extended warranty.

One of the HDMI ports on our TV broke because we had the protection plan we were able to upgrade our tv minus what we paid for the original TV. BRILLIANT!
