I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

I've purchased this for previous items and it is a must for the cost.

TV has some wobbly frames that needed to be repaired. But other than that it's perfect

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

Excellent insurance for a product. I go to them outside of product purchase too. Always quick, knowledgeable, professional and kind.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.
