I actually got to use this service recently. I brought my TV in, it wasn’t working, they gave me a voucher worth the price I originally paid.

Really helpful and is a must when purchasing expensive items.

After a couple of months it started showing white spotting around the bezel. It doesn’t impact while watching but whenever you turn on the tv you could see it clearly. Overall I would say I am happy with the purchase for the price.

I like to get the geek squad warranty with tvs because if something happens, they will come out and fix it. 180 bucks is a little expensive but if you split it up over 5 years, it's really not bad. I believe it is worth it to get.

Based on my experience, I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan on all of my electronics. I have been very pleased with my decission.

Originally was not going to purchase but decided to go ahead because TVs are now computers and having had to replace a bad piece of hardware unexpectedly on my PC was expensive. I liked the coverage, cost and peace of mind offered. I can't give 5 stars till I actually use which I hope won't be needed.

Since I bought an Omen Computer, I thought purchasing this 2 year Geek Squad Protection would be the thing to do. So far I haven't had to use it, but it's nice to know I have it in case I do.

Love the peace of mind that the Geek Squad gives me. I know if I have any issues that I can take my product back and they will make everything right.

If you ever thought about by and the Geek Squad insurance just do it anything goes wrong no hassle no trouble they honor it to the last day just do it

I bought the 5 year warranty and well worth it. My tv started acting up the last year of the warranty and I called best buy and they quickly brought me a brand new tv.

It just one of those purchases you maybe don't need, but glad you have it when something goes wrong.

Probably the best deal in town. I am technical but sometimes you just want someone else to deal with the problems (and maybe learn something new too)

I had an insignia break. I had to send it in and when they couldn’t fix it I received store credit. Fair enough

Warranties are tough to review, because you typically haven't used it yet because the item is new. If they'll replace the item immediately, refund my money, or apply the difference to another TV, then it's worth it.

Great extended warranty but I do miss there accidental coverage they used to have regardless when buying a tv like Vizio or TCL this is a warranty you definitely want to buy!

bought for my lg c1 to cover burn ins. so far so good now i can calibrate my tv with ease at mind knowing best buys got my back
