It's a gamble, will the product you purchased last or work for 4 years or will it die in the the middle of a show. I don't normally buy the insurance except for my high tech washer and dryer my 65 " curved tv.

I love the geek squad protection plan. I will not purchase a big item without getting it. It is totally worth paying that extra if there is something that goes wrong with your product you will be glad you bought it.

What I do not like about the warranty is that once you use it, you no longer have the warranty in effect. For example, I bought a 3 year warranty on a microwave. It died in 18 months. That's it! Warranty over. I paid for 3 years for the remaining 18 months was non transferable.

I tend to buy warranty for my products, it gives me a sense of security in case anything happens. Will definitely continue to do so for my other products!!

Replaced my tv with a text picture to the geek squad service and told me to pick out a new tv equal to my broken one and they delivered the new one and took the broken one.

I brought the Hisense 70" Tv and it was working fine until it started blinking in and out and finally it will not come on at all. The sad part about it the TV quit working 2 weeks after the 2 year protection plan expired. I thought that we would get some kind brake or grace period but they told me I was just stuck with the repairs! 2 weeks? I think I should have been given a break!
