So far I haven't had to use the geek squad protection.

It was the best purchase I’ve ever had on a product. I had some problems with the television and they had a tech out right away to take a look at it.

This is a good value to have when you purchase items at Best Buy.

Can't really provide an opinion yet, as we have yet to use the warranty. Obviously, the product has to break in order to evaluate the extended warranty service. But hopefully the warranted product will never have to be serviced under the warranty period.

Make no mistake bout it...U Need 2 get it..we had a Lg HG, for3 yrs. Squad came to work on it, within a few minutes, after he left, had 2 call him back, 4 same thing. After 45 mins, he couldn't repair it. Went next day, got a brand new Lg..cost? 0. ALL modern electronics should be under and Extended Service Plan. From TVs to Computers, and Smart Phones, it seems, these days, that electronic devices can fail at a moment's notice. I've always believed in protecting my purchases with Extended Service Plans, and Geek Squad's Service Plans are no exception; I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan for all sensitive electronics.

I always purchase the extra protection for my electronics. I’ve used it in the past and it paid off well!

They try their best to make you happy. They are very aware and very attentive.

I already used this on my new TV because of stuck pixels. I didn't want to have to take the tv back for an exchange, so i called geek squad and they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes!

Haven't needed to use geek squad at this time. Maybe in the future

They arrived on time. Did what they were supposed to do and gave an overview of the TV.

I have quite a few 5-year warranties I'm so far I will say that they have done me pretty good. My LG C1 had issues they came and fixed it no problem. I also have it for my 65-inch LG C3 and an 48-Inch LG B4. I hope to not have to use it and I hope that if I do have to but I won't have any problems. So as for now it's a four-star rating

Overall, I am very satisfied with the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan. It provides excellent coverage, convenient service options, and peace of mind knowing that my device is protected for an extended period. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to safeguard their electronics investment.

So, this is a little tricky for me. We love Geek Squad and my husband has an account as well. We had to purchase this GS Protection because we could not purchase our new TV and get the appropriate protections under my husbands account with GS. No matter how we tried to place the order under my husbands name, Best Buy could not get the full warranty to show up because my husband already had GS and it wouldn't allow the full warranty to kick in on the new TV??? So, the only way to get the full warranty was to purchase the TV in my name and also start a GS account in my name, and now we have two. Not terrible, but I think this is a little shady and there should be a workaround. Speaking with the GS reps that came out to deliver and install, they also agreed that this shouldn't have been an issue.

Haven't had to use it yet, however I have never had an issue with using warrany services with Bedt Buy!!

Get this when you buy! We've had our tv for awhile now, remote stopped working (the dog maaaay have chewed on it) and boom, they're giving us a free remote. Also, since our tv is over a certain size, if anything goes wrong with it, they'll come to our house to fix!

Never had to use it with my TV,I did use it to replace some Skullcandy headphones, though,it was useful.

Good option to have. Last tv lasted about 5 years before died.
