i think the price for these things is not bad, ive never had to have a tv fixed under one of these services so i dont know how slow it goes or how much of a pain it is if you actually need to have something fixed.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

I always choose to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection packages when I shop at Best Buy. You'll then never have to worry should any of your electronic "toys" develop any mishaps. Don't check out without it! A++++++++

Haven’t used to Geek Squad yet haven’t had to. Daughter set it up to Alexa to turn on & off. Go to selected channels.

For about 20 years I’ve purchase my tech from Bestbuy and Geek Squad has always been a great addition. I’ve never had issues with them. Great support and totally worth it.
