Great price for the extra protection. Hopefully i would need to use it.

We purchased many computers during the pandemic due to at home schooling. It was essential we have the computers covered under warranty.

Bought this for a TV for our home and it is good protection to have. Makes you feel covered just in case something happens.

I bought this for a 60" Sharp and after it broke three times I used the warranty. The only problem is that they did not give me the full value for what I paid. They wanted to give me a comparable TV and I was not happy. The TV I had only lasted for 6 months and I wanted to upgrade.

The tcl interface with Roku is easy to manage from the phone app ir remote.

When I purchase one of these, I can really relax and not have to worry about issues because Geek Squad got me covered like an umbrella! ;-)

As stated I feel the 2 yr geeksquad protection is a good peace of mind protection for the price. I hope I wont have to ever utilize it, but if I do I think Best Buy will assist me the best they can.

Well worth it! The cost of replacement is greater than the cost of the plan after the manufacturer's one-year warranty expires.

Do yourself a favor, once you spend this amount of money on a product, go ahead and spend the extra little bit to get protection. I mean it lasts for five years! you don't get that kind of insurance anywhere else!

If I would have purchased this before, i wouldnt have had to purchase a new tv. Lesson learned

I love the peace of mind I instantly receive one I purchase Geek Squad Protection! I recently learned it doesn't cover accidental damage..such as a cracked television screen. Yet it does cover the internal hardware.

The agents made it so easy. Took my computer in for repair and was in and out in 5 minutes. Love my geeks!
